Four basic moves, 100 reps each. Take as many breaks as you need to get the job done. Split it up through the day if you need to. Just commit to 100 reps of each item that day.
- Bodyweight Squats
- Push Ups (Full or knees)
- Crunches
- Pull Ups or Lat Pullovers. *Use floor, bench, bed, etc. for Lat Pullovers.
That's it.
Simple. Straightforward. Just do it.
No excuses.
