Quick Bodyweight Workout from Men's Fitness

I love bodyweight workouts for these reasons:


  • They are usually compound, functional movements
  • You can do them anywhere
  • You can get a great workout in a short amount of time
  • Bottomline: Fast & effective (and cheap!)
I ran across this workout recently and like the no-nonsense, get it done and move on approach.  Though it's in Men's Fitness, ladies - this will work for you too - give it a shot!
