Equipment needed: Step or Box
Warm up:
- 10 Body weight squats
 - 10 Jumping Jacks
 - 10 Squat/Jacks
 - 10 Clap Jacks
 - 10 Body weight squats
 - 10 Scissor Jacks
 - :30 seconds Jump Rope
 
Cardio Circuit:
Perform each exercise for :30 seconds, immediately moving on to the next, for 4 Total Rounds- Lie down/Stand up
 - Speed Bag
 - Box Jumps
 - Push Ups
 - Light Jog in place
 - Step ups with alternating knee raise
 - Double Jabs
 - Front Kick/Back Kick (alternate sides each round)
 - Mountain Climbers
 - Light Jog
 
Cool Down:
- Skip with arm movement for :60-seconds
 - Walk for a minimum of :60-seconds or until heart rate lowers to about 50% of max
 - Stretch
