Circuit Training - #401 - Cardio

Cardio 30-minute Circuit Training Workout

Equipment needed: Step or Box

Warm up:
  • 10 Body weight squats
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Squat/Jacks
  • 10 Clap Jacks
  • 10 Body weight squats
  • 10 Scissor Jacks
  • :30 seconds Jump Rope

Cardio Circuit:

Perform each exercise for :30 seconds, immediately moving on to the next, for 4 Total Rounds
  • Lie down/Stand up
  • Speed Bag
  • Box Jumps
  • Push Ups
  • Light Jog in place
  • Step ups with alternating knee raise
  • Double Jabs
  • Front Kick/Back Kick (alternate sides each round)
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Light Jog

Cool Down:

  • Skip with arm movement for :60-seconds
  • Walk for a minimum of :60-seconds or until heart rate lowers to about 50% of max
  • Stretch
